But google says another tale.
Google is fine for many things, but definitely not for teaching chess.
Plus: HurricaneMichael1 is nothing more than a shameless troll, you can safely ignore his idiotic comments.

But google says another tale.
in that case you better send your finding to short, nakamura, morozevich and ivanchuk all who have played it.
A lesson you should learn:
Most of the stuff you read on the internet is bullshit.
@fear
it is not a complete BS. Fisher has actually writen something like a 200+ pages "thesis" with the topic name Bust to Kings Gambit or something like that.Its available on a site and it is owned by GM Evans, if i can remember correctly what i read.He has given his analysis on many opening lines. But with just a few moves into the game, he says it this looses becasue of "something something"(like weak endgame or strong endgame). I cant give validity to correctness or incorrectness of this analysis but irrespective of that, its fun to play king's gambit.
He quotes-"Kings Gambit looses by force. he suggests d3 as the "high class waiting move"
please dont ask for source. whatever i have written is present on many websites and if you consider the possibility that every website copied it starting from the pandorra's box of BS then maybe it is, but we ll never know.
He won't... because this source exists only in your poor imagination.
Fisher's article about 3...d6 is a two-page article (not 200+ pages), which is of no theoretical importance since ages. White can play much better than that. Factly, his "inexact" 3...g5 against Spassky is a more testing move.
I do play the king's gambit (as Black), but not very much. At my level, I meet it once in a blue moon.
Hurry, go play with your marbles. Chess is not for you.
first of all, dont tell me what to do. That's just downright sad. second i wasnt even proving my point to you, i was talking to aeblejoe. third, i did say that as black i will prefer 3 options and 3...g5 is one of them and d3 is not. fourth, dont bother replying.
Like you, aeblejoe, I prefer to play agressively. Recently, I've been playing around with the Center Game. It leads to open positions more often than not, and blood spills right quick. Also, it's a bit off he beaten path these days.
Sharp repertoire (Warning: Not fully sound on GM level)
Kings Bishop Gambit 1: e4!! e5 2: f4!! exf4? 3. Bc4
Smith-Morra Gambit: 1: e4!! c5 2. d4! cxd4 3. c3! dxc3 4. Nxc3 (if you are very wily, 4. Bc4 could be worth a night analysing)
French b3 lines: 1: e4!! e6 2. b3!? (You will have to do some analysis)
Caro-Kann Blackmar Diemer 1: e4!! c6 2. d4 d5 3. Nc3 dxe4 4. f3!!
Good luck
aebeljoe...
I am a 1400+ player, and for some reason, have better information than these 2000+ players. I dunno why. They seem to be trying to impress each other at the expense of your question. Maybe THIS answer will enlighten them to be more helpful. I Know that IM Phren is usually a lot more friendly than what yiou see here, which is my clue that they have gone astray.
In the fairness of what I will now divulge is a warning and a clue for you.
What you are seeking is the Aebel opening.
Not the Danish. Not the King's gambit. Not any Queen pawn's game, but rather, your own. Here's some tips on finding that game, sir.
please dont ask for source. whatever i have written is present on many websites and if you consider the possibility that every website copied it starting from the pandorra's box of BS then maybe it is, but we ll never know.
I found this part especially funny, because..well...they kinda did.
Heres how it happened:
-Fischer lost a game against the kings gambit
-Went to his room and cried himself to sleep, vowing to get revenge
-Publishes 'bust to the kings gambit' in an attempt to 'kill' the opening
-his bust is not actually a bust.
-fanboys believe he busted the kings gambit
-idiots read fanboy claims and think kings gambit is busted
You should keep in mind he also thought he refuted the sicilian dragon.
Ignore him, he doesn't know what he's talking about.
please teach me chess.
@aebeljoe No, I don't.
I'd be happy to do so.
For one, I'd start teaching you some decant openings, completely overhaul your current repertoire. Another, teach you to be humble, listen you lower players, they MIGHT just have something.
But you don't. I think you lost any rights to be listened to a while back.
Maybe, just maybe...if you stop posting crap, people may listen to you.
@HurricaneMichael1
Just a few caps in front of ur name doesnt mean u r something great.
