Opening question

I'm thinking about choosing a primary weapon against e4. I would like to know your opinion on the choice between French defense, accelerated dragon or Kalashnikov. my distant goal is to achieve the cm's title, I would like to use for this purpose learning mainly one opening, with the potential to win. I like counterplay, my opening against d4 is nimzo combined with vienna. the second question is is it worth hitting openings that are less expected by the opponent? I'm wondering if white is worth learning e4, where my choices are spanish, exchange caro, tarrasch, moscow and rossolimo, or, for example, look for an interesting game after ?

The advantage to playing the French for a Nimzo player is after 1.d4, you can play 1...e6 first and then 2...Nf6. It avoids the Trompowsky. You still need to know the Torre (1.d4 e6 2.Nf3 Nf6 3.Bg5), London (Same but 3.Bf4), Colle, etc. But 1.d4 e6 2.Bg5 is a blunder.

As far as main stream vs offbeat, Definitely go main stream with Black. White, do the same until you are at least 2000 over the board. After that, White cam take the liberties of playing something unusual as long as he understands that with best play, it is only equal, but playable, like I do with 1.b4.
