opening repertoire in harmony

well guys, i like the reti opening as white so what to choose with blacks by taking account of my taste with white ?

I would recommend some of the hypermodern openings like the Pirc and Gruenfeld Defenses. 

The Snipa may be good for u.

I recommend you do your own work 

Gueen's Indian against d4...against e4 you're hosed. Pirc will get you pushed off the board.

How do you play the Reti opening, after 1.Nf3 d5, 1.Nf3 c5 and 1.Nf3 Nf6?

1.Nf3 d5 2.c4 d4 (that's the Reti proper, isn't it?) is a reversed Benoni, so that might fit.

Try the benoni against d4, and maybe the pirc against e4.

You can transpose to a catalan usually, that is fun.

Alekhine's Defense vs 1 e4 - also starts with a Knight move.

Try the French as black against e4. Its not considered a hypermodern opening usually but the idea of inviting the opponent to create a big centre and then attacking it is one of the big ideas in the french. Add the queens indian/nimzo-indian against d4 openings and maybe you'll like it!
