4Bf4 isn't that good 4..pxp, and must gambit c-pawn or 5a4 Nd5. Similarly 4Bg5 pxp, or 4...Ne4. 4Nf3 is more standard. 

4Bf4 Bf5 isn't good for black pxp, followed by Qb3.

I usually pressure the bishop a bit more in Caro-Kann.

Followed by h5 eventually.
