Perfect Game in the Petroff?

What constitutes a perfect game? A positional masterpiece, a tactical melee or some combination of all aspects of chess?

This is not a "perfect" game but is what World Champion Anand would call a "complete" game. It features a major novelty on move 4, a flawless middlegame (?) and a unique ending. It was played in the 1994 Golden Knights against a Postal Expert.

I think you're hyping up this game a bit. There were NO attacks towards the king. Sure it didn't play a main line, but regardless, it was a bit too materialistic for most people's tastes.
