Post Your Wildest King's Gambits Here!
lol, well the OP did ask for wild games... your's looks the sort that you're not sure if you're winning or losing...
I believe 4.d4 is something called the Rosentretter Gambit, another line where white throws away the f3 knight for quick development. Probably unsound, but it's pretty good in fast games where your opponent doesn't have time to figure out what hit em'.
Back from like 5 years ago. The comments are my comments at the time so not sure how good they are as was just starting out then!

Awesome game!
Nice games!
You don't see much of the KG these days, much less the Classical Variation, 2...Bc5. People usually just take the pawn: the Gordon Gekko school of chess...... "Greed is good".
My opponent surprised me with 4...Ne7. and I reacted with typical stupidity. I tried to mix it up with some wild tactics with 19.Bxf7+, but it was too little too late.....
The KG often leads to a lot wild stuff, and it's too bad we don't see it more often in top level competition. After all, it's never really been "refuted". I guess it's just too risky for the super GMs.... like handling a nuclear hot potato.
Anyway, this game is not as crazy as it looks, as there's a bunch of mating threats on both sides, and they're parried quite effectively..... up to a point.
Please add your own examples of KGs, as I'm getting bored with all these other much more sedate openings........
