As the White player, one of the most common opennings is "e4". After that you may find Black responding with "c5", which is known as the Sicilian Defence, in this case, the "Najdorf" variation. The following puzzle will help you practice and memorize the most common responses by White to the Sicilian Defence. (NOTE: Your first move must be "e4" to start this puzzle)
The fifth move by Black, "a6" is what makes the above Sicilian Defence the "Najdorf" variation. After that White has several options. In the above puzzle I had White finish off with "Be3", which is generally a safe and solid move. However, White could have also played "Bg5", which is more aggressive and has some pitfalls, or "Bc4" which is also a move that you better know what you are doing.
