There are many bad youtube video's about chess. But they usually don't have many views. Thechesswebsite unfortunately does and I'm sorry to say that I also contributed to this a little bit. Luckily there are also many good video's on youtube! I recommend instead typing in 'dereque kelley ruy lopez'. I can guarantee you that he will not give you any false information and he seems like a really nice person. If you watch dereque's video about the ruy lopez you will probably understand the ruy lopez a little better.

Should get chess.com to fix their opening explorer then. this is what popped up when I played Bc5:
Yes, it should be fixed, IMO.
After 5...Bc5 6.c3 b5 white has the extra option of 7.Bc2, but current theory says that Black has no real problems after 7...d5 (the mainline goes alsmost 20 moves deep). One more point is after 5...b5 6.Bb3 Bc5 7.a4, Black's best move is 7...Rb8 which leads almost by force to a long and exhaustively analysed pawn sac line. After 5...Bc5 6.c3 b5 7.Bb3 d6 8.d4 Bb6 9.a4 Black can also play 9...Bb7 (as Wei Yi did recently in a game- the bishop is OK on b7 when white cannot reinforce e4 by d2-d3) and also the little played but interesting 9...Bg4!? which I have used in an official correspondence game at LSS (won't give details, the game still in progress).
