The 1st is a reasonably popular line, even played by strong GM's, from la Bourdounais and Staunton in the early 1800's, to Aronian last year.

[edit] For a while it was thought tha the response 3 ... e5 gave Black a very good game, but it seems Tartakower and those guys was wrong about that.

The 2nd is called the Villemson Gambit, probably inferior, although White scores well in the few games in my DB

Around 2002 some guy (K Shirazi, rating around 2450, probably an IM?) had some success with this in about a half dozen games, and he was the strongest player to ever try this.

Absolutely not. It's  bit hard to think that a 2450 rated player missed this... After Qh4+(likely the best move, but !! looks a bit generous ;)) W idea is 5.Ke2, trying to hold a strong centre at the price of a wandering king. The idea is somewhat risky and dubious but not without logic and very hard to refute. things are rarely so simple in chess.

Why "bye bye white" on move 4 ?

I first thought that white had no reasonable response to d5, but then, when i found something quite acceptable, I forgot to remove the "Bye bye".
