I'm thinking of taking up the Queen's Gambit Accepted. Does anyone have any recommendations for books, or for active but not too complicated lines?

Does anyone have any views on it? I get the impression it's not much played at club level (where various Queen's Pawn Games are probably more popular than the QG anyway). One clubmate told me after a match, '"He accepted my Queen's Gambit! I didn't know you could do that!"

"... The Queens Gambit Accepted (QGA) is a very respectable system, favoured by grandmasters on a regular basis. … [Isolated Queen Pawn] positions crop up all the time in the QGA and so it will really boil down to how well you handle them. … You … have to be patient and resourceful. If you possess those qualities, then the QGA comes with my full recommendation." - IM Andrew Martin in the 2016 book, First Steps: the Queen's Gambit
