The line I like more against the Albin is 5 Nbd2: White wants to play Nb3 and take on d4 in exchange for either e5 or c4 where Black will just be a pawn down for nothing

Hello!
We all have heard and seen the albin countergambit to the queens gambit. At my level, the usual continuation of the albin is this line
After this, I usually attempt to kick out the white pawn on e5 with f4. Is there any better continuation to this line then ...f4?
