If both white plays g3 and black g6, I can see this transposing to a Neo-Grunfeld. Possibly a Catalan with white playing g3 as well, but I think without black playing e6, it could well be easier for black to play.

I feel that this is playable:
... but I've only played it (as black) once, and the result was a draw. I've took some time to look for notable games that opened with this, and I found a few—though they were scarce— that verified my opinion that this should almost always transpose to a (Semi-)Slav-type position. Anyway, who can give some feedback?
