I don't have a complete repertoire against 1.d4.In blitz I usually play Englund Gambit and sometimes Dutch Defense and in rapid I don't know what to play.

Englund gets a lot of people but if your opponent does not try to counter attack right away and develop instead, it's ok for White. Dutch works unless White plays the g3/Nh3 line then you get a slow game. Learn the replies for the Tarrasch Defense 1. d4 d5 2. c4 e6 3. Nf3 c5 4. Nc3 Nf6 5. e3 Nc6 then if Black plays cxd4 White will play Nxd4 and you play an IQP position. Black can play the Chigorin Defense with 2... Nc6 and White has a lot of ways to go wrong. Or you can try a setup of pawns on c6, d5 and e6 ala the Slav defense. For color, you can set pawns on c6 and d5, Knight on d7 and Queen to c7 playing for an early e5 pawn break. These give lower rated players a lot of rope to hang themselves with as White.
It's normal for 1 e4 players to be a little uncomfortable after 1 d4. I recommend against trappy stuff, it stops working at slower time controls. You will just have to pick something solid and learn it. Often Caro-Kann players favor the Nimzo-Indian and Bogo-Indian, worth considering.
