reversed kings gambit

Just out of curiosity,

Is there an aggressive chess opening as black against e4 which is llike the kings gambit. I know about latvian, but there Nxe5 is possible, so anything else?

I use 1.e4 e5 2.Nf3 Nc6 3.Nf3 f5. 

3.Nc3 is a Vienna gambit and 3...ef is best although here you have much easier defences than against the normal king's gambit.

There's also 1.e4 e5 2.f4 d5 3.ed c6 but White can get even endgames easily if he wants.

Woulc 3.....f4 by black in giuucco, ruy and scotch be good

But Nxe4 is possible by white, thats why i hate it

It's dangerous against the guiocco when White plays d4. It's really hard to defend White's initiative. It's ok against the Ruy. Many GMs have used it. I don't think it will work against the Scotch simply because White has already played d4.

Well, there is the Philidor Countergambit 1.e4 d6 2.d4 f5.  It's dangerous and tricky. 

That's the Balogh.  The Philidor Gambit doesn't push f5 till move 3.

You are right.  I mistyped.  The normal move order for the Philidor Countergambit is 1.e4 e5 2.Nf3 d6 3.d4 f5   It's no opening for the unprepared.
