Scotch game

How can I reply when my opponent plays scotch game ?

Knight takes pawn, knight takes knight, Queen takes knight.

Thank you guys

This way, White has a pawn out, a Queen out and is two moves from Castle short. black is essentially undeveloped.

No Nxd4 but Black N does not take back not sure what the next move is but if Black moves Qe7 puts two attacking pieces on the white pawn on e4.
