The advice given you by Graw81 and Sniperghost360 is very good. The Sicilian is a complex system, whether playing from the White or Black side. After looking at a number of games you need to decide which positions arrived at suite you. This is very important. I'm always amazed at how poorly some players play when they are defending (for example), simply because they don't like to do so.
Personally, I like the positions I get from playing the Black side of a Sicilian Hedgehog (B42). It centers around Black playing his pawns up to e6, d6, b6, and fianchettoing his QB. White must always be on the lookout for Black's two excellent freeing moves, ...d5 or ...b5. I've certainly lost my share of games with this, but have some good ones too! The main thing for me, though, is I enjoy playing these types of positions.
