Slav: Are there any books with good coverage of the "Boor Attack"?

Does anyone know of any books with decent coverage of the line 1. d4 d5 2. c4 c6 3. cd cd 4. Nc3 and 5. f3 followed by 6. e4. ? I know there's a DVD by Williams and a Chessable course by Boor, but none of my books on the Slav even mention it.

What books do you have? I've got the GM Repertoire book by Boris Avrukh and the Opening Repertoire book by Cyrus Lakdawala. I'll look through those books if you don't have any of them.

@lostpawn247 I have mostly older ones by people like Sadler, Wells, and Soltis, and a couple on the Notebook, and then various general opening encyclopedias and things.

@tygxc Thanks! Interesting game. 10. ... Bd7 looks odd to me, but what do I know! :)
Okay. The GM repertoire book doesn't cover this line while the Lakdawala book analyzes this game.

Something I found that is interesting about the Boor attack, and also that I was clu
eless about is that it is named after a Chess Master in my home state of Ohio by the name of "Carl Boor". I am going to share a link to a pdf from the Ohio Chess Bulletin in which I seen a reference to "The Boor Attack" from Carl Boor himself. The interesting thing for me in this is that his opponent "Justin Notter" is someone I played before when he wasn't as strong as he is in the game that Carl boor played against Justin (as Justin was only about 12-13 at the time when I played Justin and I think his rating was about 1600 USCF when I played Justin...he's much stronger now at about 2000-2100 USCF), but anyways if you look at page 16 of this PDF you can see Carl Boor's annotations of the game in which he played the "Boor Attack":
