Sound Defences against 1.e4 which result in IQP for Black

I am aware that there is a defence against 1.d4 which results in an IQP for Black - the Tarrasch:

There are IQP defences against ...e4, but they don't seem to be doing very well - in the Marshall variation of the Sicilian and French, the score for White seems to be over 50%.

Are there any other IQP (for Black) defences against ...e4?

The Marshall gambit in the French is unsound because it loses a pawn for no compensation. Everyone Marshall beat with it was simply heavily outplayed in the middlegame. Anyway there's no way to get an IQP consistently against e4. Sometimes in the French Tarrasch and the exchange Black can get them but White doesn't have to allow those structures to occur unfortunately. It's way easier to get them with White than with Black.

The IQP positions in the French Tarrasch, are as much forced as the QGD Tarrasch. If white is really determined not to play against IQP, he can avoid doing so in any opening. Whether can hope to get an advantage doing this is another matter.
