I don’t like it as White purely because 1… d6 2. Bg2 e5! and Black has effectively equalized with no theory needed on move 2.

37/33/30. in master database of almost 500 games. latest stockfish at depth 46 puts it at 0.2 . 
white has a small advantage , no matter what source you use in evaluating this line.

If your talking about the regular version it’s not that good but the Reti variation is really good

I used to play a very similar line with the Black pieces against 1. d4

Probably not the best against accurate play, but if White wastes time in the opening Black can get a violent attack.
