Well, given its popularity, I would venture to say lots of people enjoy playing the Sicilian, especially the 2... d6 lines. I've been trying the Dragon lately and having fun with it, though it is far more complicated than the previous defense to e4 I was using (the Caro-Kann).

i used to play the sicilian defense: old sicilian (1. e4 c5 2. Nf3 Nc6), but i've changed to the sicilian defense: modern variation (1. e4 c5 2. Nf3 d6) and i've had some decent success with it.
does anyone else enjoy this opening? any favorite lines?
