Play your variation in top-level tournaments and get a lot of wins and maybe you can get it named. 
Though, it's basically just a way to play the Queens Gambit Declined

So... There is no way to register an opening.
Play it in your game every time and beat GMs with it, then maybe you can make it a new opening

No. Most openings get named based on being played a lot at the top level. Sometimes based on the player (s) that played it or in relation to an event l/location where played.
Some get names by just being popular and getting one that manages to stick.

they are just variations of the QGA. except the first one, which looks like a Schara gambit of the Tarrasch defense.
These are basic theories/variations of this opening.
