This is why we all should know opening theory and the main strategy and plans of that opening

In this game, till like the 13th move, everything was my opening prep and then I knew the main ideas of the opening that the black knight is on e7 instead of f6, which means a greek gift can happen, and I also knew the Bd2 plan to get my queen to h3.

This is how opening theory and opening plans are very important.

It is a nice game, but surely the key to this win was black overlooking the defensive resources at moves 16 and 18 which prevent infultration of the queen. 16..f6 17.Qb1+ f5 striking back in the centre. Or 18..Rh8 preventing the queen landing on the h file but still lost. You played weĺl though and punished the defending with the strong follow up on the sacrifice.

yes, u are right and that is what i m saying

black did not know the ideas and plans of the opening and white knew, so that's why knowing ur opening plans is important

I don't play the french, but since I'm doing discord sessions reading "Art of Attack" with my friend, I would be eyeing h7 immediately, and the very first move that occured to me just by looking one second at the position was ...f6, especially since white's king is on the f-file. Of course I'm not sure what's going on after Qb1, especially since the e3 bishop is staring at black's queen (which really should not be on b6 now), I don't know. Maybe ...Nf5 with the idea of ...f6?

There is a sac line in the French Defense that begins with f6 following castling short that Black will sac the Rook on f3 once the half-open file is available. I can't remember the specific scheme that White has to have set up that allows for the sac to work.

I also prepared the line with f6 instead of ne7(which happened in the game)
after f6 white can play Bd3 or Bb5 and f6 is the most challenging line but in this game black didn't play f6
