What is it? How do you play it?
Transvestite Opening

D4iscrazy is right, but it works for me only when playing black. Lots of players use the bishop opening to attack the kings bishop pawn square which is arguably the weakest, this opening makes it arguably the strongest square. The other thing about it is that it confuses the opposition. There is a variant I also use which is to advance the queens pawn, then advance the queen one square and then move the king onto the queen's square. BTW the transvestite tag is because the king becomes the queen in terms of position on the board. Try it and let me know how you get on?
Anyone else using this opening? It is a good defence when playing black against the bishop opening from white. Basically it makes the most vulnerable square the least vulnerable. Try it.
