It never happens in games of serious players, but is something to watch out for if you are a beginner playing the Scandinavian. Qa5 and Qd6 are the most common and most intresting, and Qd8?!, although inferior, can give Black some good games for surprise value.
Although this is rather obvious , I have seen some beginners fall for it .
