Trap in the Guioco Piano?

This kind of stuff scares me in fast blitz play. Be honest. Would you capture White's rook in a fast internet game? I probably would, but ouch! Laughing

Would you consider this a trap in the Guioco Piano, or just a case of poor play by White?

One more trap in the Guioco Piano where Black wins. Feel free to share your favorite opening traps. Smile

I've actually fallen to something similiar to the last one, but it was a two knights variation. My first blitz tournament ever, just a few weeks after I registered in my otb club. Had a rating of 1000 at the time, and went up against a player rated about 2350+ (FIDE rating).

And he did it all in pretty much 30 second, made me feel pretty stupid.

You would have seen the trap in slow play. Blitz play against a 2350+ opponent. Geez!

Traps remind me of a tactic in chess called a decoy. Here is one example.
