What are good openings for 300?

For a 300, focus more on middle games and endgames. Try to remove tunnel vision and do puzzles regularly. I would suggest the mieses Vienna as it is able to teach you a lot more than the 4 knights. I’m the mieses Vienna, play e4 nc3 g3 bg2 d3 h3 f4 and launch a kingside attack.
If not, play the colle or the Trompowsky
