What is a good way to launch attacks by using KIA against 1....e5?

I have read several times that KIA vs KID setups (which can arise after ...e5) are very dull.
From my personal perspective, I enjoy using KIA set-up with pieces manoeuvers and Kingside attack after e6 and d5 were pushed.
Of course, it is not possible againt a early ...e5 but I play 1.Nf3, so there is no chance for my opponent to play 1...e5 (otherwise, thanks).
Putting aside d6-e5 setups, I often meet:
1)c5-Nc6-d5- e5 set ups where I usually play a reversed Benoni. Not always very challenging but I'm at ease.
2) or even just Nc6-d5-e5. In such case, I enjoy transposing in an English-like position where I would fancy the long light-squared diagonal after cxd4 or if Black plays ...d5-d4, while on ...dxc4 there are often nasty tactical subtleties after Qa4.
