What is the best response to1.e4-c5 2.Nf3?
is it 2.d6,2.e6,2.Nf6 or else?

in my opinion, d6 is best.

there is no "best response", otherwise everyone would play it exclusively.

There are several reasonable variations, and itss up to you to choose one that fits you most.
