I consider Bb5 maybe slightly more challenging as a c3 sicilian, but they are of course both popular and also very playable. hope this helps.
It does not look like Bb5 means the same when comparing 2.Nf3 d6 3.Bb5+ and 2.Nf3 Nc6 3.Bb5

I also don't mind Maroczy positions, but sure, all of this is totally playable of course.
As white I think 3...Nd7 is more annoying.

It's more ambitious. But you can try 4. 0-0 with the idea of 4...a6 5. Bd3 and then c3-Bc2 stuff. It's a game. Imbalanced
The best anti Siclian is 1. e4.. c5 2. white resigns
Instead of devoting your life to the billions of variations of Sicilian just make it a policy not to mess with it. If you just forget about the Sicilian, all of your other openings improve more quickly and become more fun to play. That's for online.
In an over the board tournament use the easy to play Botvinnik variation and try to get out of it with a draw. Spare yourself the aggravation of dealing with it.

I was attracted to that because it reminded me of Ruy stuff. I played it a few times, not sure I'm in love with it 
. I'm wanting to try 4.d4 Nf6 5.Nc3 exd 6.Qxd4 now. Now sure how much I'll like it, haven't had the chance to play it yet.
