What is the best opening for 1000 rating?

i can't find the best opening to play , can't have a great opening is one of the Reasons to make me lose the game what do you all think?
I've actually been looking for the best openings myself...
I know one of them is bishop to c4 and queen to f3...
Seems to do a quick trick...
Just have to move pawn to e4
But it only works as white...
For black, I recommend the petroff, because most people will simply allow easy equality, for instance:
this variation is played often, and Qe7 gives black complete equality. The most challenging variations, after Nxe4 d4, are virtually never encountered.
For white, probably just stick with e4 Nf3, and develop normally regardless of how your opponent responds.

scholar's mate generally stops working around 900-1000

You do not win or lose because of the opening, but because of tactical mistakes.
Simplest and best is to defend 1 e4 e5 and 1 d4 d5 as black and to open 1 e4 as white.
