They aren't available anymore. Players that had them before they were removed from selection got to keep them.

I meant the Clash Royale flairs aren't available anymore. Those that had kept them after the promotion ended got to keep them.
I never even knew about flairs and one day I noticed them and looked to see if I owned any and I had (along with the two free ones) the Duolingo flairs even though I had never associated myself with Duolingo in any way.

It was only available during the Duolingo collaboration and was available to all member levels.
Members that got the flairs then got to keep them but they are no longer available otherwise.

Initially that was true. At some point they were completely removed, and those that had them lost access as well
