Yes. The London is a great opening, and contrary to popular belief, it can actually be played exciting and aggressive if played a certain way (usually with early g4 pawn pushes).

white has tons of options and can avoid this easily, or he could deviate from the main line quite easily and you may be on your own, you also have to really know what youre doing in order to survive + you must be a tactical god

I played over 20 games with the shveshnikov and can confirm this is true.
as long as white follows theory hes better. if black tries to be special and play an early f5 hes typically near losing according to the computer
