What is the Messi of the chess openings?

What do you think? I'm looking for a elegant, beautiful and at the same time attacking chess opening.
O, so that's what u mean by "the Messi of chess openings." When I saw the title I thought u meant, which chess opening is the most overrated?

So who's Ronaldo?
Hopefully the Martinez variation of the Ruy Lopez, because that's what I'm concentrating on.

The daeth opening is elegant and beautiful.
However it's more of a 'rip the opponent to shreds without allowing any hope of counterplay' than an 'attack'

Attacking too huh? Elegant, beautiful, and attacking are usually mutually exclusive (attacking usually means throw your pawns at them while leaving ugly holes and broken weak pawn structures behind). Take the Yugoslav Attack for example, the pawn structures are usually butt ugly as they march up the board and rip open the kingside, but it's a sound attacking system, same with the Levenfish and g3 variations.
The closest I can think of for white that meets all criteria is the closed Sicilian with 1.e4,e5 2.Nc3,Nc6 3.g3 and for black the Leningrad Dutch and King's Indian Attack. Some beautiful pawn structures and piece coordination can be found in many games of those kinds, but the Leningrad can get ugly if white chooses, though piece play at least will remain harmonious.
The Ruy Lopez from either side can meet all three criteria, but lines are usually beautiful and harmonic OR attacking, and usually just white can attain all three, though Bacrot has a beautiful game as black from the Ruy Lopez against Judith Polgar.
well, you can attack weaknesses in structures too, the nimzo isn't exactly dull, its a different more positional way of attacking, the kings indian and leningrad are buttugly but dynamic and tricky, just imagine if they had no counterplay to compensate for the weaknesses, i agree that against e4 its difficult to find the messi type of opening but i would pick the marshall attack as it is beautiful attacking and harmonic.
As for Ronaldo i would go for the sicilian dragon for black, counterattacking, aggressive, only minimum necessary team play, unbalanced position, quick to punish mistakes, possibly fundamentally unsound but only the very best can attempt to prove it on a good day.
Well ... I've heard the Latvian gambit is pretty messi ...
Latvian Gambit is messy alright, it can turn into a bloodbath for either side real quick. I used to play it but gave up trying to figure it out, just could never get comfortable with it.
