What is the name of this variation of Quin gambit?

Hi there,

 

I find my self to play this a lot, but I didn't  find anything about it in the chess books. Anyone knows that name of this variation and whether it is any good/correct?

This move has no name until I know, it is only a variation of the declined system with 3. Nc3, of course it can transpose to the Nimzo Indian defense, or the Ragozin System.
