It's an erroneous variation of Philidor's Defense where Black errs via 3...Bg4 in the opening, although I don't know which continuation you mean. It was made famous by Morphy's "Opera House" game. This is a *very* useful line to learn as White: I encounter it all the time in chess clubs and in casual games, and I win quickly!
What is the Opening, Patzer? or Parnam or Something?

Thank so much Sqod. What keep White taking Rook, let Black take B, then White take N check. Then move Q down to protect pawn? If Black take pawn+, then B block with protect from pawn and White even further ahead? ? Maybe Black Q take g2 pawn, Rook move over, Black take free pawn again?
edit sorry, did not see the check duh

I think here is game i was thinking about. It is old game and my memery is weak. Black should put a Nd3 in earlyer but did not and put in Q to protect, and maybe a castle 0-0, then move pawn up to hurry and chase N off. This is closer what i was talk about. Do not know the name. I was play Black and blitz game, but impress with White attack. I read Nakamura play something very close to this...but he move c3 as White early on to prevent Black move of Nd3, then he bring on his attack again.

gxf3 leaves White on an endgame with the bishop pair and Black being uncastled. The double pawn will quickly advance to f4 giving White a great edge, and we shouldnt forget the g-file.
I would personally play gxf3, it is playing for 2 results, and the probabilities or winning are high, specially on a standard time control.

6.Qb3 is considered more accurate today. It makes Black weaken the position first before White goes for Bc4.
Sorry, my English badly. What is opening, similar to I think Patzer or Parnam? I think Q comes on early after e4, somehow go to f3 after run off, then to b3 after B is on c4, but some how N is on attack to, then B or N get f7 pawn for free and hard to stop. The only stop for Black is playing N to d4 attack White Q...that is when White get free pawn with N or B. Then get miner piece for free after running Q off.
Some guy play this on me in blitz but i not know the N to d4 move. i would like to learn this and use on my blitz.
