Froms gambit is actually a pretty reputable gambit for black, as if white isn’t careful they can get mated quickly, and black has a lot of initiative in the lines 

duras gambit with e4 f5 on the other hand is pretty bad

Seriously why are people asking for the worst openings? It isn't conducive to improvement. My vote for the worst opening goes to 1. f3 e5 2. g4 Qh4#.

the Coca Cola gambit

Englund is not as bad as the others. It just requires a lot of theory and hoping. It doesn't actively make your life harder unless the opponent does.
