This opening has been used in many of my games I wish to know the name of this opening. I also would like to know how this give black an advantage during the opening, mid-game, and end-game because this opening seems to give white the clear early advantage.

This is a sicilian defense, it may still become one of several popular variants of the sicilian but I am not familiar with a sicilian french variant.

tornadofdoom

It's actually a different move order of the Sicilian Kan variation or a different move order of the French variation.

This is usually seeked by black for a calmer game than usual, because games with 1...c5 are usually very sharp (it is not a poor opening for black, it is the most common response to 1.e4. I don't know much about the french variation, however.)

tineslabbinck

It's a different move order of the Sicilian with 2... e6:

1. e4 c5 2. Nf3 e6 3.d4

It would probably be better for Black to play 1. e4 c5 2. d4 cxd4, which would be the Smith-Morra Gambit.

YuvalW

this is the paulsen variation, also known as the kan variation..

TheOldReb

It can still be many different sicilians depending on the next few moves, paulsen, kan, taimanov, scheveningen, etc.

In the move order 1 e4, e6 2 d4, c5 it's called the Franco-Benoni
