As white the Bishop's opening is reliable. vs e4 The Sicilian for his energy . Vs d4 the Dutch Stonewall is a filler but I'm still looking for the real one

I just love playing the Ruy Lopez as white and french as black. I do experiement with 1: d4 as black, currently playing the Nimzo-Bogo system
My two favorites are 1. e4 e5 2. Nf3 Nc6 3. c3 [ I think this is called the "Ponziani Opening"]
and 1. e4 d5 2. exd5 Qxd5 [I call this the "Center Counter" as I cannot spell or pronounce "Scandinavian Opening"]
