I would call it "white to win easily" or maybe "black to wait to be squeezed to death and lose". Is there really and player who would play that passively that all they do is move their knight?

Perhaps it begins as an English 1. c4 and becomes a reverse sicilian dragon after 2. g3. The first diagram shows how the position might be reached, then the second shows an actual game position.
