What to do after this opening?

Try and ignore Black's moves. I am just wondering the possible ways i can follow:

1.g3 2.Bg2 3.Nf3 4.0-0.

Looks like some King's Indian Attack, minus the Attack. I would play d3 here, planning towards an e4 push to control something, at least.
