What type of chess opening course would you like?
What I'd really like is: 1. make it clear before a line what the ideas of the line will be. 2. In the line distinguish between the moves that are playing out the ideas and the moves that you just need to memorize. 3. After the line give a summary of #2 focusing on the key positions where memory is more impt than understanding. 4. Give a summary of how the middlegame plans evolve from where the analysis stops. 5. Give a summary of your opinion of the position when analysis stops. 6. Stop frequently to ask questions like: "The key signposts in this position are ..... Based on these what is the next move?" -Bill
