Yes, the score of the game must be wrong. Happens a lot if it's a rapid or blitz event.

if you look on move 6. white plays Nf3 why would he not take the Knight with either Nxd5 or exd5??
A further mystery is you you look at this position in game explorer

you find that the only move really is Nf3!
I figure I must be missing something - maybe a trap. IDK!
