What's the best chess opening? I believe it is the Scandinavian defence as a beginner.

THERE IS NO BEST OPENING WHEN WILL BEGINNERS UNDERSTAND THIS
the only purpose of an opening is to get to middle game positions that you like to play. Without a uncoordinated piece structure or the loss of material.
it's better to be flexible, imho.
