Recently I played a game where the opening was the Queen's Pawn Opening: Blackmar-Diemer Gambit, which is a relatively long name. But what is the longest opening name?

Nope. I'm out. Best challenger name I can come up with is the Sicilian Defence Pelikan-Sveshnikov-Boleslavsky variation.

King's Indian Defense: Fianchetto, Debrecen, Classical Main Line is my best challenger, but it's as long as Sicilian Defence Pelikan-Sveshnikov-Boleslavsky variation.
