What's your best wining opening for white and black? Bullet, Blitz, and Rapid

Im around a 1350 in rapid and blitz and a almost 1300 in bullet. For all of these types I fare well with white using the Ruy lopez, but some people don't do the e4, e5 moves and may use King's Indian to defend, which I lose to a lot in bullet. For black, I do the Caro khan, which is very much the best play for black after e4, (unless your opponent knows the theory.) I'm just wondering what openings you guys do against somewhat erratic openings
