I do like the Sicilian for white and the Scandinavian defense for black

Try the king's indian attack for white. Also learn botvinik systems. They are simple, system based openings with clear plans and maneuvres

For black against 1. d4, I have a free course out.

Maybe Guico Piano.

For a beginner the Scotch can be very good because it gaves you open files and diagonals, and lots of tactics and attacks, which is the best for a beginner

And the Scandinavian can be correct as black

But if you want to be very surprising and win fast, but not with a doubtful opening, you can play the King’s Gambit, which can be played until 1600 ELO because most of the players under that rate don’t know how to play against it
