Wing Gambit: Underated?

Apologies that I only took a brief look at this, but how are you arguing that white retains the first move advantage or initiative in a position like this: (is this something you would still not mind playing as white and why?)

The wing gambit isn't very well known. people tend to stick to standard play and what GMs play. I don't see many top rated players playing this line. I like the wing gambit, but i'm not good enough to take advantage of the aggressive opening.
