Its in the opening book called SPAM 2.0

but the gist of it to gambit 20 games in a row with 1 or 2 move loses...and that should vastly increase your winning chances next game.

The problem with mentioning a "Zilbermintz" opening is there are so many of them.

The best of these is an idea by Stadlman which Lev expanded upon greatly viz 1.d4 e5 2.dxe5 Nc6 3.Nf3 Nge7

Lev plays a lot of interesting gambits!

Is that what you call them?

He means the zilbermints gambit:

Have any of you heard of the Newark Gambit, also invented by Lev Zilbermintz?  It is a line in the Philidor Counter Gambit (notice the theme here, gambit) which I believe goes 1. e4 e5 2. Nf3 d6 3. d4 f5 4. Bc4 b5!?.  He also excels with the Blackmar Diemer Gambit as white (1. d4 d5 2. e4 de 3. Nc3 Nf6 4. f3).

Lev is an excellent player, quite a bit better than me. I think he actually hurts his results with his crazy opening repertoire. But he likes exciting chess, and he certainly gets it!

His games sure don't lack for excitement but many feel he would be a certain master with more solid, reputable opening play.

Agree. The one rated game I had with him he played the Elephant Gambit! But he still outplayed me positionally
