how can I register a complaint,an opponent made a move for me which will cost me the game and I could not believe ie,why even play

How do I report a disruptive insulting and abusive behavior during games?

Best is to take a screenshot and report via the following. Mention you have a screenshot since you can't attach to the ticket.

After you get the screenshot, just disable chat for the rest of the game, assuming it is still going.
