when ever i am going to win higher points opponent, your people signal is going to be cut off... your chess.com doing in justice to some people,, if they dont want loose, why they are coming to matches..,. pl i never expect this from chess,com

I am not sure I understand exactly what you are trying to say but I think you are saying that you lose your internet connection whenever you are going to win against a higher rated opponent and you think that chess.com is cutting your connection or doing something to protect these higher rated players.

If you are going to make such a charge, you should provide real examples of games you were winning when you were cut off. Go into your archive and get the links. Then you take those links and submit your complaint not here but instead to Help and Support.

At any rate, it makes no sense that chess.com would do this. Why would they care who wins? There is no reason for them to protect higher rated players. (If you said that they protected paying members, though I don't believe it, that might at least make some sense.)
